Artist's Comments Happy early Hallowe'en!  I've been feeling a little ill lately so that kind of put a cramp in the amount of artwork I've wanted to produce lately and the amount of time I thought it would take to finish this guy kept increasing and increasing... I sketched him out during the summer but had no idea where to go once I got the muscular form down. A couple weeks ago my fiance and I got a dog, and as it turns out he looks a lot like Sirius Black in his animagus/Padfoot form, and so I based the rest of the fur, eyes, mouth, teeth and tail on him.My fiance was also unwittingly a model for this painting. Hehe.  Painted in Photoshop CS with an Intuos 3 tablet. No refs except live models. |

In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
